Warranty

The Vintage Plus, LLC. arcade systems come standard with a 12 month parts only warranty.  Our systems are built with the highest quality workmanship and each system is tested prior to being shipped.  Any defect in parts or workmanship will be warrantied for 12 months from date of purchase with the supply of the free replacement part(s) (shipping included) and phone/email technical support to complete the installation.  Labor services are not included as part of the warranty as the cost to maintain a national technical workforce would force us to increase the cost of the table to maintain the staff.  
The  Vintage Plus, LLC. arcade systems are designed to allow the simple replacement of parts and components with standard tools and ease of install.  Our technicians can easily walk you through any troubleshooting or repair over the phone or by email.  This warranty does not cover any damage caused by the user (spilled drinks, abuse, etc.)

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vplusarcade@gmail.com to coordinate shipping.

Shipping/Returns
To return your product, you should send us an email at vplusarcade@gmail.com to coordinate shipping.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and must be shipped in the same method and packing standards as received for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking will be deducted from your refund.  All products/parts must be received in the same condition as sent in order to be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
